  2.         GUEST ROOM/SUITE RATES

2.1        Hotel extends and guarantees the following room/suite rates, per room, per night, single or double occupancy. 

2.2        Circus Circus Manor rooms are five (5), three (3) story buildings positioned approximately 25-75 yards away from the main portion of the Hotel and Casino TOWERS depending on which building the guest is housed in. Because of the location of these buildings, there is a short walk outdoors to get to and from these buildings to the hotel entrance (front desk) and to the entrance of the Skyrise walkway, which is a moving walkway that leads into the Skyrise Tower. These Manor rooms consist of either one (1) king size bed or two (2) queen size beds. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, alarm clock, hair dryer and a self-paid safe for your convenience.

 

3.         ADDITIONAL ROOM RATE CONDITIONS

3.1        These rates are net, non-commissionable and are subject to Clark County room tax, which is currently nine percent (9%) until June 30th, 2009.  Effective July 1st, 2009 Clark County room tax will be twelve percent (12%) and subject to change.  The room rate charged to the end-user shall not be greater than the rate provided by Hotel to Meeting Group without the expressed written consent of Hotel. 

3.2        Rates are quoted for one (1) or two (2) adults in a room, per night. The additional person charge is $15.00 per person for persons 18 years and older, per night (plus tax), with a maximum of 4 persons in a room. 

3.3        As an added benefit, Hotel has implemented an automatic telephone access charge of $1.00 per room, per night.  This access charge will allow guests to place unlimited local telephone calls from the convenience of their hotel room (access charge is subject to change).
